‘I passed the entrance exam!’ – this exclamation started a wonderful time for me in 2006.
After six great years in a teaching position, I decided to change careers. Since then, I have been one of the lucky people who have enthusiasm and interest for their job, which I gain through being able to work with people, and providing them with medicine and various movement and exercise techniques.
My job enables me to work with people and treat illness caused by movement deficits, as well as to prevent these illnesses with active and passive therapy concepts.
My beginnings as a physiotherapist took me to Landesklinikum Tulln. There, I was able to demonstrate and further enhance my skills in traumatology, orthopaedics, general surgery and internal medicine.
As I am very interested in sports, I have been working as a physiotherapist for several sports clubs since 2009 (e.g. Austrian National Rugby team).
In order to provide qualified treatments according to the latest scientific research, I am regularly attending courses and making use of interdisciplinary communication in addition to my hands-on work.
